Ready alert!

Your crew is to be transported into a heavy combat area of TSN space. Assist the Commanding officer of the transport vessel where necessary on board. Once transferred to the TSN Hopper, assume yellow alert and begin defensive posture with the rest of the fleet to defend TSN/USFP Starbases.

It is recommended that the transport crew observe the following General Orders.

General Order 8
Upon sighting a warship within USFP space and identifying it as belonging to a foreign power, the Commanding Officer of the TSN vessel/installation shall determine the reason(s) for that craft’s presence in the vicinity. If there is conclusive evidence that the vessel has hostile intentions, the TSN vessel may take appropriate action to safeguard the lives and property of USFP members or other non-aligned persons under current USFP protection. In such cases, the Commanding Officer may use their discretion in deciding whether to use force to disable the hostile vessel. However, care should be taken to avoid unnecessary loss of sentient life.

General Order 12
When approaching a vessel with which communication has not been established, all TSN vessels are to maintain maximum safety precautions (Yellow Alert), regardless of the origin of said vessel, be it a foreign power, an hitherto unknown ship, or a TSN vessel.

Additional Notes:
This is a two part story. Using a non experienced crew and the transport vessel, allow the commanding officer to make the call to move the vessel across space and through the hostiles to rendez vous with the TSN Hopper. All experience officers will follow the orders of the commanding officer while providing solicited advice only. Once onboard the TSN-Hopper, assume the role of commissioned vessel as Captain Vanderzanden.

Captain's Log:
The first part of the mission had a few growing pains as the new crew on the transport vessel lacked a leadership structure and many roles on the vessel were unmanned. At the time of arrival to the destination, due to delays by the transport, a TSN vessel had been destroyed.

Once in the TSN Hopper, the mission was completed without further concerns. The crew moved quickly and effectively to neutralize all enemy combatants ideally through surrenders but some unfortunately had to be terminated as per General Order 8. The crew of the Hopper worked incredibly well together and completed the mission with a high clearance.
